These speakers are excellent. They have an RMS rating of 150, but I'm putting 225 to them and they handle it fine crossed over at 150Hz. The tweeters are not too bright at all. They are very smooth. The magnet is deep, but they can push some air. I've seen reviews for this set of people complaining they don't have much bass. Well, they're not too bright. They're expecting too much out of a 6.5" speaker. Compared to other 6.5s, this one has more bass. I haven't found a speaker yet in this price range that I have liked better. Very nice speaker.
