Hard Drive Blew in 10 Months

Up until yesterday, I had been very happy with my purchase. Yesterday is when my hard drive blew. I use my notebook at home and not for business purposes (THANK GOD). Needless to say, my biggest files were from ITUNES. Apple is replacing the hard drive because it is still under warranty, but I am currently stuck without a computer at home for 2 weeks. When I do get my Powerbook back, I'll need to take my old hard drive to an outside source and pay them to retrieve my data. I'm going out to by a PC Notebook this afternoon. Even though my old trusty 6 year old notebook, still functions without ever having any hard drive issues, the speed is just not there.
