DO NOT BUY PRINCETON PRODUCTS!!!!!

I bought this monitor about 6 months ago. Immediatly after turning on this $800 monitor i already noticed some color distortion. This was on the first day i got it. I let that slide because sending the monitor back would just cost too much for such a little problem. But then as months went buy the color just go worse and worse. Eventually the CRT failed on me and the monitor stopped displaying anything. So i returned the monitor to Princeton Graphics for shipping charge that i had to pay for even though it was their fault they gave me a messed up monitor.
It costs $80!!! to mail it back....ground dilivery. I was promised that the return time would be 3 days after they recived it. So i took into account the time it would take to mail this to them and the time it would take to mail it back to me. 6 days. However, when they tried to mail me a new monitor they didn't have it in stock. They neglected to tell me even though they had all my information in their computers.
By now it has been a month. I phoned them about the status and they said that they would mail me my monitor......now. I recieved my monitor today and know what? ITS MESSED UP!!! I keep getting horizontal flikers lines on the very bottom now.
The only way i can get rid of these flickery distortion lines is to make the screensize to that of a 19 inch monitor. Now why the hell would i buy a 21' monitor just so that i could resize it to look like a 19' monitor?
And one other thing, THEY ALWAYS HAVE A "UNUSUALLY HIGH NUMBER OF CALLERS". You know why? Because they are poorly understaffed, and you know how i know that? Because one of the Princeton Graphics employees told me so. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM PRINCETON GRAPHICS!!!!!
