BOUGHT THIS DVD PLAYER WITH THE INTENTION OF IT PLAYING BOTH PAL AND NTSC VIDEOS. ACCORDING TO THE MANUAL THAT CAME WITH IT IT SUPPORTS PAL AND NTSC. NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!
THE UNIT CAN BE ONLY ONE REGION EITHER PAL OR NTSC... NOT BOTH.
PROTRONS CUSTOMER SERVICE PER TELEPHONE WAS OF NO HELP.
THE STAFF DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERANCES BETWEEN PAL EUROPEAN REGION AND NTSC NORTH AMERICAN REGION... VERY DISAPPOINTED....
