Disappointed
Pros
It played well while it was working, with good picture and sound quality.
Cons
The remote arrived rattling inside. The picture rolls up and down the screen.

I haven't used this very long - it was a gift in October.
Since it is my first DVD player, I don't know how to use
all the settings on the remote. It played a few movies for
me this month, Jan. 07. All of a sudden, the picture is
rolling up and down the TV screen. The instruction manual has no customer support number. The website Contact comes
up Inaccessible. It is disappointing to have a new player
break down so soon with no warranty that I can find, or help for using it anywhere.
