I have had a bad experience with my 42" Protron LCD. I ignorantly purchased it on ShopNBC and have had it for about 14 months in a weekend home. We might have used it a total of 12 times and while it worked, was not impressed with it's picture quality. The screen now only turns blue and then does absolutely nothing...called customer service (what a joke) and got no help there. I'm just going to junk it and stick with a reputable brand.
