PSB Alpha Mini Subwoofer Speaker

My college roommate bought a pair of PSB Alphas our sophomore year. Not an audiophile, I had NEVER heard speakers that sounded that good.

We listed to a wide variety of music on those speakers, from light classical to booming rap and rock. The speaker responded beautifully in nearly all ranges. I was most impressed by the "crispness" of the sound--everything sounded very authentic, not tinny or piercing.

Basically, you will never get better sound out of a pair of speakers this size at this price--$250 at the time for the pair. These speakers were of very high quality, and survive as primary speakers to this day (even after college).

I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great sound in a small space on a small budget.
