Pros Great technology, two helpful tools in one
Cons Way too expensive for me
Recommended it? Yes

The Qualcomm pdQ Smartphone is an $800 way to have the coolest little hand-held device on the block. Every now and then, something comes along which is destined to be the next industry standard -- a product that will eventually be found in the home of any average American. Many of those products... Pros This phone is Palm equipped, web browser, CDMA!
Cons web browser
Recommended it? Yes

It's happening! Massive consolidation in the wireless communications industry. One of my favorite things to do when I'm not forced to study is to "tinker" around with the latest technology in mobile phones. I test products, talk to sales reps, and sometimes even contact industry representatives... Read full review »

The pdQ smartphone from Qualcomm is a single device you want to consider if you're looking for the Palm PDA functionality, phone and pager all built into it. Imagine not having to carry 3 separate devices when you can make do with one..

The pdQ 1900 is a digital PCS (Personal... Read full review »

Some background to help you understand my review: I have used a Palm/Pilot since they were introduced and am very happy with all of the progress on the Palm devices. I am a medium user of cellular phones having a Star-Tac from Motorola for the past 3 years. I should note that my service had been... Read full review »

Pros Full Featured, great toy
Cons Lack of support, non-upgradeable, bulky
Recommended it? Yes

I bought this phone the day it came out from Sprint last year. I bought it since I have always been a palm user, my palm was broken, and I needed a new cell phone. This product is the only one on the market that is so feature-rich (and still be a pilot).

I could go on and on about the... Read full review »

Pros comes with lots of accesories, full WAP/Internet integration, great call logging and...
Cons prohibitively expensive
Recommended it? Yes

This is absolutely cutting-edge technology in the palm of your hand. The phone's design is like nothing I have ever seen before, from it's tin but wide design which makes holding with big hands easier to the buttons-on-the-outside flip/microphone. The most amazing thing here is the touch-point... Read full review »

Pros great clarity , good at email
Cons wireless internet almost worthless
Recommended it? Yes

Let me start by first telling you that I bought this phone primarily to use as a cell phone. I planned to use the email functionality however the rest of the web I felt really couldn't be expressed well on a little cell phone screen. As far as the smartphone's regular cell signal it is top notch. I... Read full review »

I have a Sprint Kyocera Smartphone and so far I love it. The Sprint product is a Kyocera QCP 6035. I had a Palm VII to access the internet and stock quotes. But I have sold it. The Smartphone is an excellent combination of two technologies. Usually such efforts of combining two good things fail... Read full review »

Qualcomm pdQ Smartphone

The smartphone looks like a big honkin' digital phone. That's because it packs a Palm III. Browse any web site. Get/send POP mail. Keep expenses. Make notes, beam, and synchronize with your computer.
Bricklike?. Not as big as three or even two devices. Because... Read full review »
