The Bottom Line:
Buy another unit because there are a lot better choices.
First the slowness: When I first received the Quest 2, I thought it was a little slow. Now I know it is. Route calculation could be measured with a sundial. When you are off route and it needs to recalculate, you often get lost again since it takes so long to recalculate and you thus miss the new turn. It is especially bad in cities.
Using the menu is also slow, it takes several seconds just to switch screens and scroll down.
Stubborness: It calculates a route for you, often using backroads instead of highways. If you miss the turn, or know the highway is faster, it will insist on making u-turns to get back to the original route, even if the new way is faster. It's almost as if the processor is so slow it cannot think of the new routes and therefore sticks to the old one. I can't tell you how many times this has happened.
Inaccurate: It takes you places that do not exist. It confuses itself with its maps. It tried to take me over the Delaware River when there was no bridge nearby.
There are other problems with this unit like the user interface and the slowness. Lets just say it is slow and stubborn there too. There are many better units out there. I would look at others before you consider this one.
