I purchased this unit based on prior good experiences with RCA products. I was very happy at first - the sound is great and it was wonderful having the 5-cd option. After about 4 months it developed problems with it reading cds - now it won't read them at all and nobody wants to honor the warranty. The store won't back up their product and am getting the run-around from the manufacturer. If nobody steps up it will be out of the warranty period. Don't waste your time with this product.
