high def looked good when it worked.

deflection board and flyback transformer go bad after 2 to 3 years. junk TV.

This review sounds like a broken record...or TV. Bought it at wal-mart 3 years ago. Did not buy the extended warranty. Should have! Had a deflection board put in for $475.00. Two weeks later, SAME THING! I gave it to my brother who ordered a flyback transformer online for $30. will see if he got a good deal. Save yourself some grief and buy a flat screen.
