I bought this TV in November 2005, and was stupid not to buy the extended warranty, because now March 2006, it's started to have an issue with powering on and shutting down within 5 to 10 minutes. This after the set has been off for example overnight. I'm not sure where this is going to lead, but it seems after the set has warmed up it remains on until shut off. Aside from this problem I've had no other issues yet! RCA used to be a reliable brand and it appears as if they are just in the market to produce $'s for the company, instead of a product that is reliable and requires few repairs. I also bought the RCA RT2620 Home Theater In A Box, the reasoning was system compatibility, I've been through 4 amp replacements in just over a year, thankfully I have the extended warranty on that!
