Buyer Beware! RCA Customer Service is a joke!

Getting repair support from RCA is a nightmare, and once you get it, it stinks!

This might be a great product when it is working, but if it breaks, you will be out-of-luck unless you happen to live close to an RCA repair center. And I hope you don't need it for a while if it does break, because repair times could run 6-8 weeks. Too, if you need to know where a repair center is, don't call RCA; the list they gave me was entirely wrong. They had one business who had moved, another who didn't do RCA warranty work any more, and a third who wouldn't work on this product. And it's a long-distance call with a 20-30 minutes wait to get this useless info! (for some inexplicable reason, this product is unable to be supported by email) All this on a product less than two-weeks old!
If you have to have this product, buy it from somewhere that will offer a better service contract than this because RCA will not support this product with the customer in mind.
