RCA DRC7005N DVD Recorder

I got the RCA DRC7005N DVD Recorder/Player for my husband for his birthday, but I think I've used it more than him at this point. I am so excited about this product! It's everything that it says it is and so easy. I must admit I was a little intimidated by the size of the instruction manual, but I probably could have figured out how to use the item without it because there are so many on screen directions. I had been looking for a new VCR for my husband for a while but wanted something new. This personal video recorder is just what he needed. We are not ones for saving the items we tape indefinitely. We are not big fans of watching things 2 or 3 times so we didn't really need the ability to save the programs to a tape or disk. The hard drive on this machine has more than enough space for us to tape all the shows we like to watch and then watch them at our convenience (and believe me, we tape a lot of shows). I especially love the ease of recording programs. Just find your show on the guide and press the number 3 and BAM you're all set! This is the first time I have ever reviewed an item, which you can probably tell from my review, but I just think this product is such a great item that I just wanted to let others know.
