RCA L26HD31 26" HDTV LCD TV

First of all, the picture: The other reviewer is reviewing an HDTV using SD content. Of course SD is going to look horrible on an HDTV. I have it hooked up to a PS3 via HDMI and it looks gorgeous. Blacks do look washed out but it's an LCD, it's one of their inherent weaknesses. Noise reduction does virtually nothing, suggest keeping that on low.

The sound: Sound isn't bad, it's twice as loud as my old CRT TV but lacks the deep tones due to its smaller speakers. I highly suggest buying a separate home theatre system.

The features: not many features on this honestly, however you get what you pay for. There's two HDMI, two video, one composite, a VGA for your PC, and some other miscellaneous inputs. One key feature I like is optical passthrough. as stated before let your home theatre system do the audio. It's good for normal TV sitting at a distance, getting up close reveals all the nasty artifacts SD produces, this is apparent even through the PS3.

The summary: Lack of features, but you get what you pay for. Some people don't want to pay for extra things they'll never use. This TV is great on a budget and the video lag is only a problem playing games such as DDR and Guitar Hero. Plus the latency is far better than the last HDTV I owned in this price range.
