we only had our TV for 3 months and the picture went out! We have not had TV for almost a month now and still can not get this matter resolved. RCA is on backorder for the parts, what does that tell you. The TV is new on the market and I can not believe you can't get parts unless everyone is going bad! The TV technician that came to service it said that is all he works on!!! He would never buy one
