Warranty is terrible ind attorney generals office swamp with complaints

The Bottom Line:
rca is no longer rca its a french company who cares less about warranty will jack you around till you cant stand it they have many complaints against them .
TV pictures went out after 30 days trying to get some one at thomson to fix is impossible this is a buyer beware product
There warranty stinks they say they will call back they dont go with phillips better price better picture and not a french company
This set has major problems there is a coil that goes out and you have to wait a week to get it fix service people do not want to deal with this company
They do not have a 800 # to call its on your dime they will put you on hold for ever one day your working with jane the next day jane is gone there is no follow up they ignore you the best they can and they flat out do not care
