great buy
Pros
great sound, cool CD tray, very portable, ease of use.
Cons
mediocre FM reception (maybe due to my area), 3 batteries to have it remember presets.

Yes
I expected this product to be mediocre because its competitors in the price range ($39) are flimsy and cheaply made. Turns out that this sturdy little boombox has 5 watts of power, delivers rich sound, and isn't cluttered with needless buttons and useless bells and whistles. Personally, when it comes to boomboxes I'm more than happy to give up unnecessary features that are likely to be on my bedside clock radio in exchange for more powerful speakers.
