Piece of crap!
Pros
I thought the sound was pretty good, when it worked.
Cons
Unreliable disc play overall, poor mp3 play, no CD-RW play

No
Despite claims, I could not get it to read CD-RWs, nor did it handle mp3 discs properly, sometimes not even accessing all of the tracks on the disc. It also has this infuriating habit of just not reading CDs at all whenever it doesn't feel like it.
