I Don't understand...

The Bottom Line:
I really don't understand the opinion of the other reviewers...
At this time (september 2000) I worked in a archival center who specialized in sound archives. We had to put several sources on CD's and listen these CD's after they were recorded.
So with my RCA 2365 I've made about 3500 hours of listening pleasure and total reliability. Either on random mode or program, repeat ect. The pick-up unit RCA installed on it is well built, solid and reliable. They also used many chips from Panasonic so, the programs and functions are reliable and the sound too.
The only problems was the headphones. Not for the sound (the driver unit was good) but the rigidity and the solidity of the plastic was poor.
But instead of this, I bought one unit for my mother and instead of an less-intensive use, she's always satisfied.
Finally, we replaced our machine for another RCA, who can play CD-RW, but we regret our old 2365...
