Audiovox RS1286 CD Mini Audio System

I have owned one of these for about 3 years. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not the best. For one, the sound is not that great. It is okay, but if you compare it to some other systems, you'll see exactly where it's lacking. I like my music with a lot of bass in it, and if you like that too, this is not the stereo for you. The wattage is really weak, especially for a stereo of this size. Also, after about a month, the stuff written on the buttons started to scratch and wear off. Now the stuff written on them is unrecognizable. About a year after I bought it, one of the speakers started sounding really distorted and eventually stopped working. Somehow, it started working again and I haven't had this problem since. Like I said before, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is looking for a really banging sound system. To be fair though, I haven't had any major problems and I really like this stereo. If you need something basic, you'll like this.
