The console I found didn't look all that appealing at first, but the price was right..I purchased it for $39.99 at a discount store. My first impression was to just give it a try. I'm not real picky and don't get real technical with stereo components. I just stick with what I need and RCA has never let me down. The unit is designed differently and fits well on the shelf above my desk. It gives me the performance that I want and the sound is worthy of a much more expensive compact stereo. My experience has been very satisfying and I'm happy with my decision to buy, even without a review.
