Programming a VCR has never been easier

Pros very easy setup, programming made very simple
Cons the remote is hard to operate
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  This is the best VCR that I have ever owned. I highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a inexpensive, high quality VCR
This VCR is perfect for the second bedroom, den or kid's room. The four-head double-azimuth system allows for smooth pictures during slow motion and a stable picture during pauses. The digital auto tracking enables you to effortlessly play almost any tape even older, banged up tapes, so you rarely have to manually adjust the tracking. In addition, this VCR comes with front access A/V jacks, so peripheral machines such as video cameras and digital cameras can be hooked up without having to crawl around, in the dust, on your hands and knees, behind your television.

If you hate commercials or those movie trailers at the beginning of rentaled movies, then you will really appreciate the feature called commercial advance it does exactly what it says it does. Although the machine actually tapes the commercials, it skips over them when you play back a show that you recorded. The movie advance feature gets you past those pesky movie previews at the start of the tape.

Programming is simple as can be with the on-screen guide that coaches you through the set-up of your VCR. Instead of plodding through a difficult instruction manual, you are immediately ready to start taping shows or watching movies. If you have had trouble with VCRs in the past, let this model's VCR Plus Gold System make programming simple.
