You Can't Beat It With a Stick
I've been buying VCRs for 20 years, beginning with an RCA that weighed as much as a boat anchor, had 2 heads, a wired remote, a few features, and cost about $700. I just bought the VR639HF for $129.99 at K-Mart and it has many more features, better picture, and great bells and whistles.

Disappointed!
I just bought my second VCR, the first one was an RCA for $529.00 back in 1987.
