Cons More wireless please.....

Hi.

Remember me?

I've been busy. Preoccupied. But most importantly I have a new toy. It's one of the best perks about working in the corporate world. New toys. Now I understand why men get giddy about these things and if you were to ask them which is more exciting - the thought... Read full review »

The best mobile internet tool - if you can afford the monthly fees.

Pros All-in-one Email/SMS/Wap/Phone, Internet capable with BES/MDS access.
Cons Cheap to buy, but "expensive to own". High monthly fees.
Recommended it? Yes

I've been disenchanted with mobile devices for a long time now. It seems every PocketPC, Palm or Mobile Phone did one thing well, but all else poorly. There's a pretty good rule about electronic devices.

"Small, Cheap, Good, pick any two."

This pretty much holds true today, and... Read full review »

If Maxwell Smart had one of these, he could have gone barefoot!

For the past eight months or so, I had been using a Blackberry RIM 957 for remote email. It is an impressive piece of equipment, but very much in the shade and outdated by the 7280, which adds a color screen and doubles as a... Read full review »

For anyone who has wanted to have the freedom to send and receive email and have internet access without lugging around their laptop, the RIM Blackberry 72XX series (the specific model varies according to the wireless carrier you sign up with) goes a long way in meeting those desires (the newer... I bought two blackberrys about a year ago. I paid about $150 for both phones on eBay. The phone came with two cords. One was to connect to a computer, and the other was for the charger. The charger has different travel charger adapters for charging out of the country. It also came with a very handy... Read full review »

Email kept me in real estate business after Hurricane Charley. No phone signals were available in our Southwest Florida area but, with my Blackberry, I could email customers around the world. I have been with customers showing properties and been able to instantly respond to other customers by... Read full review »

Pros Keyboard, no stylus to lose.
Cons Emits interference while receiving.

The 7280 is identical in appearance to the 7230. Having used both, I have found no discernable difference, aside from the fact that the 7280 was supplied by ATT/Cingular, and the 7230 was supplied by T-Mobile.

Essentially, both are excellent substitutes for laptops or tablets, especially... Read full review »

I have owned several blackberries now since they first started coming out, and have loved each of them. The blackberry service providers have also fixed a lot of the problems that used to exist with them (low voice quality/volume, not enough capacity on the email servers, too many bouncebacks,... Pros E-mail, battery life, QWERTY keyboard
Cons Phone features and convenience

Overall I have been happy with this phone for 15 months. I bought it to replace a separate PDA and phone, for the sake of cost and convenience. It has lived up to my expectations. After using it for a while as my primary phone, I do long for more phone features, like speakerphone, bluetooth, even a... Read full review »
