I've used many cell phones and devices. I have also used other models of Blackberrys. The 8820 model is one of best ones that I have ever purchased and used. I've had it over a year and don't have any real complaints about it. I have not has one technical problem with it. I will say if you are one that likes a lot of apps on your smart phone that you will need a memory card, but it hasn't been an issue for me since I don't use many apps. I love getting my emails and checking the daily weather report and the Blackberry 8820 has done the trick for me!
