Never without a connection...to anything!
I got it when I switched to Sprint, it was an upgrade from my BB Pearl, and I absolutely love it. With the Pearl, I had to remove the battery at least 2x/day because it froze. With this phone, I have NEVER had to remove the battery, because it has never frozen.

Not so impressed.
Usually I love Blackberrys, but this one is just odd. It doesn't have the stylish appearance of a usual BB, and it's clunky and chunky. Still functional, but not as aesthetically pleasing. Read full review »
Bad Quality...

very good smartphone
very good phone. works great and has many good features. but it is not a good "phone". it sometimes doesn't catch phone calls. also, sometimes due to all the applications, I have an hourglass that doesn't allow me to do anything, which freaks me out. what if I have an emergency and I have to dial... Great Phone, Bad Track Ball
I really like my Blackberry 8830 phone. It has great capabilities and does everything I want. Plus, the QWERTY keyboard is very easy to type on. I regularly type lengthy emails on it.
My one complaint would be that the track ball tends to stick or even stop working from time to time...

SUPER Mother's Day gift!!!
