The Bottom Line:
Do not get this phone. Get a smaller, lighter, more usable phone.
This cellphone is great, if you need a brick. The design is awful, there is more cons than pros, and frankly, this cell phone is AWFUL! The large screen is good if you are old or watching videos, or for any Internet use. The Internet use on this phone is very difficult and frustrating, because it is near impossible to get a website that does not have a mobile version. The keyboard is mushy and the keys feel weird. I feel like I need to depress the keys harder all the time, thus, making this an awful texting phone. Some keys, like the volume, do not work properly. My Blackberry 8830 will not charge, unless you go through a long process. You have to jam the plug in the phone, then wrap it around at least seven times! Sometimes, that does not even work. The trackball on my phone is now inoperable. Why, you ask? Because it fell out. The trackball fell OUT of my phone. I do not even know where it is. My dog probably ate it. Also, it restarts randomly. I'll be checking my email, and, boom, it will shut down and restart. This is an awful phone. Never buy it. Unless you feel like being frustrated each time you use it.
