The Bottom Line:
This is one of the best bass amps within this price range. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to truly push above the 1000watt mark, without breaking thebank.
At first I thought this would be another over-rated bass amp, making claims of "thousands of watts" only to find that those dynamic ratings are WAY over-stated, which means I over-paid and was left under-powered and unimpressed.
I was quite wrong on that assumption. This amp gave my L7s (Kicker Solobaric) everything they could possibly handle, and probably a little more than they could handle! I'm not much on db ratings or competition tests, but I know that every window and door seal in my SUV sounded like it was about to pop when I tried to test just how loud my new amp would push. I love the bass control knob, that lets you manually control the volume of your sub amp from the front seat (or where ever you mount the knob) even if you don't have an EQ or sub output. Crossovers are very functional, and the protection circuitry works without blowing the amp...if you don't abuse it too much. This amp is the most powerful I've ever used for as little money as I spent, compared to other brands that cost almost twice as much. I highly recommend this amp, just make sure you use a stiffening capacitor and consider upgrading your alternator if you're going to be bumping loud very often... lots of bass power means lots of power to run it (100-150 amperes)! You'll be heard comin with this one!
