The Bottom Line:
This is the holy grail of MP3 decks.
The search features are incredibly rich compared to the Aiwa CDC-MP3 that I used for two years. After two years of hearing the Aiwa resume MP3 playback from the beginning of the track (after shutting off the deck and powering back on) I am extremely satisfied with this units mid song resume play.
Crutchfield.com has a complete rundown of this units incredible features. The navigation is simple and clever. The unit looks awesome, especially at night, and the sound quality is far better than the comic looking Aiwa CDC-MP3.
You can go directly to the song you want with a simple and intuitive alphanumeric search. Screen displays either file name or track # and elapsed time on screen but ALWAYS displays the Time as well.
This has been the most satisfying electronics purchase I have ever made.
