C450 laser detection and scrambler

Never worked from the day I bought it. I was told, truly Scrambles the laser signal,"0" detection from laser,extended warranty, will pay your tickets up to 15 mph over (over 16 mph over they pay nothing). The truth is it doesn't work. The first ticket I received was when I actually first took it out out of the box and tested it for the first time. Got a ticket. Sent it back to Raul the technician.He explained I probably didn't have it on the right part of the windshield (put it where the drawing said to) or didn't have it on (LED lights make it obvious)or better yet I can purchase some special WAND,that will even BETTER GUARANTEE the GUARANTEE for $40 bucks!The Next ticket,the officer actually laugh when I told him what the C-450 was to do.I was laser tagged at 533'away. The officer tested again.YEP HE CLOCKED ME,NO ALARM,NO SCRAMBLER.What a piece of trash.When I told Raul (seems to be the only employee) Raul said he will replace it "if I want to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE OR "SAY HELLO TO THE BLUES LIGHTS."
