I'm the proud owner of a RMR-450, Phazer and Phazer II. I have owned these units for years and I must say, they are worth every penny. I have tested these units, via a police friend and they definitely work. The RMR-450 is my newest edition, it has great detection and jamming capabiltiy. All of the critics of RMR products got there wish. The FCC purchased their RMR-450 & RMR-S201 and determined that they definitely work! These units don't transmit, only reflect, which makes them legal in the acquired states. I don't blame M.C. for being unwilling to perform a live test. Why should he, especially since the FCC conducted their own independent test. Whoever doesn't own one of these units needs to invest in one. The prices are more than reasonable.
