Great compact radio with great features

Yes
The Bottom Line:
This is a bit pricy but more than worth it. If you are looking for a compact but very accessible radio this is it!
I have had this for about a year now after getting it to replace the older model of this radio. I was skeptical at first due to the bad reception reviews but am amazed at how well this works and it only takes 1 battery!
I work in a injection molding factory so I wear this for 8 hrs straight. Reception is just fine inside the factory, even when working and leaning into machines. Some channels get fuzzy at times when working in areas surrounded by machines but for the most part it works great and I am surprised others have reception issues. I can even pick up 2 TV channels clear as can be inside the plant along with the weather band.
This only takes 1 battery but as I said I wear this for 8 hrs a day 5-6 days a week and often have it on constantly during that time and I only change the battery about 1x a week or less. And I use rechargeable batteries!
Good points:
*It's a bit smaller due to the 1 battery.
*the arm band is adjustable and very comfortable to wear.
*Can use multiple features at the same time like the stop watch and the timer all while the radio is on.
*Plenty enough room to program all the channels you want.
*Lock feature so if the buttons get bumped it won't mess anything up.
*Radio locks onto the arm band and can be snapped on in either direction allowing you to wear it on either arm and still see the display.
*Only takes 1 battery.
Bad Points:
Not much here but...
*No memory buttons for fast channel selecting, you have to use the + & - to scroll
