Great Sound, Great Price
I purchased the Neo Changer around the beginning of February from Best Buy and had them install it. All the other changers on the shelf were FM modulated, and when I talked to Audi about getting a changer, they said it would cost $599 - which I was not about to do.

Poor MP3 playback
I purchased the NEO Changer from Best Buy, and had it installed by Best Buy in my 2001 Jetta. I had read the other opinion and was encouraged that this might be the right solution for me. My car has the monsoon sound system so a CD changer with MP3 player capability sounded just the ticket.

Too good to be true...

Don't buy products from SSI
I purchased this back in April. My car was on the compatibility list, and, I called to confirm compatibility before I purchased.
