The i710 is a fairly reliable phone with the exception that it is not very durable. The service area is excellent, drops very few calls even in remote areas. The ability to download ringtones is always a bonus, this phone has a huge storage list capacity of up to 600 contacts which is a great perk for business personnel who wish to store their business and personal contacts in the same list.
