Samsung Alias 2 SCH-U750 Cell Phone

The Samsung Alias 2 is a excellent phone for anybody who is looking for a new one. It is aimed at texters with its full qwerty keyboard. While it does everything a phone is supposed to, to those looking for a smart phone should look elsewhere.  The mobile web is pretty basic, gets the job done but no extra bells and whistles. The keypad switches between letters, numbers and symbols all with the press of a button. It is called E-ink and it is pretty impressive, the only phone that I know of that is like that. The camera is 2 megapixels and takes great pics and the video recording is excellent also. The camera has quality settings of fine, normal, and economy that you can choose from if you dont want to use up all your phones built in memory but supports up to 16gb external memory on a micro sd memory card. If you hook the phone up to your computer through the usb port it doubles as a mass storage device. The battery life is very good with 5 hour talk time and upto 14 days worth of battery if left in stand by mode. It also supports mobile email through yahoo, hotmail, or verizon.net, it also supports corporate email accounts. It has instant messaging on it for people who use instant messaging clients all the time. This is the phone I have and would not trade it for anything. A very good phone especially for texting. So in closing if you are looking into a new phone and texting is something you do alot of you owe it to yourself to check this phone out.
