Better than the first, but still a card short from being a 21. Almost there.
Pros
Simple and priced reasonably
Cons
Battery life and camera
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
I would recommend it to anybody. It is up to date but not too fancy.
When I first got the BJ 2, I thought it was the best phone made. It was until the second day I discovered a few shortcomings. The phone only came in two colors when I purchased mine, but later came out in a couple more. Disappointed at the face you can't just interchange phone covers or anything, I went and paid 20 dollars to exchange the phone out for a better looking one instead of the shiny black color which shows every fingerprint on it. After having the phone for a few months it started freezing ocassionally or resetting by itself. I haven't encountered too many problems with the internet. Sometimes it doesn't work, but a simple powering down the phone and powering it back up fixes that problem. The 3G feature does take away alot from the battery life, and can't be turned off from the default menus. The video messaging feature is kinda pointless. The camera is on the back of the phone, so how are you able to look at the person and talk to them unless you have a blue tooth or some other hands free device. Hopefully Saumsung is aware of this and will think of a better system next time.
-Text messaging with one hand is a breeze. Doesn't require you to hold it with both hands to text; allowing you to do things such as eat while sending a message.
*Pros*
-2.0 mega pixel camera
-Simple to use
-Reasonable Price
-3G internet feature
*Cons*
Camera:
Picture gets blurry if you move it or if the person you are taking the picture of moves, before it finishes taking the picture completely.
Battery Life:
Battery doesn't last as long as other phones.
Loading and Shutting down:
Goes through a long sequence for both. Leaves you with the feeling that you are wasting battery power waiting for it to complete.
Overall I would give the phone a 3.5 out of 5.
