SAMSUNG SGH- C417 C
I Purchased this on a plan with AT&T had two, both were terrible. It wasn't the cell tower strength or being in a roaming area, other phones on my plan worked fine. Picked up this phone a few months ago and the reception is much better than my old (Samsung) x497.
