Samsung CLX-6200FX All-In-One Printer

Until recently I've been a die hard Samsung supporter. I bought one of their TV/LCD monitors 4 years ago for $800 and have no complaints. I then got a Samsung i760 smartphone and it lasted almost 18 months before it died a hard death. Next I bought a personal color laser printer. I printed 3 test pages and its power supply died. They sent a tech to fix it but sent the wrong parts. Now I bought this huge AIO for our sales office since the 3 sales people travel 75% of the time. Last month the transfer belt died and Samsung sent another and somebody to fix it. It worked for about 2 weeks and now it's stripping gears. Samsung agreed to have another belt here in 5 days on the 15th of June and it's not here. Then I was told twice they planned to replace the entire printer but that hasn't occurred either. Today they said they're not doing that but will send a new belt instead which appears to be missing in action. Now Samsung said Oh yes, we emailed you on the 15th you would have the replacement part but it wasn't approved till the 25th so now it's only a day late. This printer hasn't worked for most of the last month and it's only 11 months old. Samsung support while appearing to be helpful apparently doesn't have a clue what other departments are doing. I bet I heard 20 times that they had a 'new' system.
