Eternity

Pros Pros: A lot of contact space, widget- get icons faster
Cons Cons: after time, this phone didn't start working like it did when iI bought it
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:

i don't recommend this phone to anyone.

I bought the Eternity in May of 2009. I bought it because it was all touch screen, it had a full keyboard and it was a decent size. The phone I had before the Eternity was the razr and that was not touch screen, it did not have a full keyboard and it was too small. When I first got it, it took good pictures, it had a bright screen, and I liked that when you got an incoming text or call the bottom lighted up in red, orange, green, blue or pink. The Eternity had a bright screen, and compared to my razr it was really good because the razr didn’t have a bright screen. The Eternity does have a lot of contact space, you can keep up to 200 contacts. The Eternity all around does have a lot of memory. The battery lasts about two days if I don’t text much or use calling at all. If I do, it last only one day. It was a good phone for the first couple months and then after a while it stopped working like it did when I bought it.

The Eternity has no flash for a camera, but when I got it didn’t have a flash. The Eternity now I realize is too big and it doesn’t fit in my pocket. The Eternity is also a heavyweight phone. The most annoying thing about the phone is that if you tilt your pictures, they will slide really fast. It is very annoying because you can’t even look at your pictures the way if you have your phone tilted. The Eternity also freezes sometimes and the texting keyboard doesn’t always work, and the keyboard even sometimes doesn’t work when it’s not frozen. The Eternity is also easily scratched since it is all touch screen and I didn’t realize it would scratch so easy because my phone before the Eternity (razr) didn’t scratch because it had no touch screen.. It seems hard to text on the Eternity because there are no buttons, it’s just a flat screen. In a text message, the ok button is right next to the sent button so if I press ok two times by accident, it automatically sends a blank message or during the middle of a message. Also on the Eternity you can’t set personal ringtones. Another really annoying thing about the Eternity is that it locks after about fifteen seconds. It’s annoying because if you’re trying to show somebody something for more then fifteen seconds, you have to keep pressing the screen so it doesn’t lock up.

I would not buy another Eternity, and I would not recommend this phone, it has some good features but mainly bad. After a year and a half (when our plan is up) my family is switching to Verizon.
