I researched this phone aot before buying and got about the same positive and negative reviews. Had I not already played around with one of friend I may not have bought it. I must say though, that I made a good choice. Overall I'm very happy.
Some of the negative things I read I have not experienced problems with. The only one that has held true is that is hard to hear people talk on it sometimes. It's not so much that it is hard to hear as you have to hold it certain ways. It doesn't work well held up against your ear with your shoulder. It's just the way the phoen is designed that doesn't allow sound to come out clearly that way but after a few weeks I figured out what ways work best and if someone tells me they can't hear me I know how to adjust. If I'm driving and need both hand I can always use the speaker phone which is excellent.
A read alot of comment stating that the internal memory sucks. I'm not sure what all these people are putting onj thier phones but I don't feel it's that bad. You can buy a memory card from Target for ten dollars that holds 4GB. So that shouldn't hold you back. Also read some reviews that say the phone freezes up alot. I have had mine three months and never experienced that. Don't believe that the battery life is short because it is not. I don't stay on mine all day but I average at least 50 texts a day and spend at least 30-60 minutes online and don't run low.
The internet is fast! My favorite feature is that you can have a full keyboard if you want to use the internet or you can have your regular number screen and use T9 predictive when texting. Out of all the phone I tried this one was the most accurate with a touch screen. I didn't touch one letter and get another. I can check my email, facebook, myspace, shop online, and pretty much anything else I want. For the money it's the best phone you could ask for. Of course there are better but you will pay for it.
