Beware of this model!

When it works, it has a good picture.

Poor customer service, poor model reliability.

We have experienced nothing but problems with this model. We bought our model in Jan. 2003 and have experienced it "popping" on 3 separate occasions and have gone through 2 sets. The popping results in the television not working at all due to a problem with the power supply circuit board.
