Samsung HC-M4215W 42 in. TV

I purchased this model TV in September 2003. The set malfunctioned and ceased operating within 6 weeks of the purchase. A service request was made and after almost another week a service company responded and attempted a repair. The repair lasted one day. Two weeks later the set was picked up for a more extensive repair. After a total of 6 weeks, the set is still at the service company awaiting parts from Korea. Samsung has refused to replace the set. They do not stand behind their products. The set was probably operated for less than 30 hours total time, so it is difficult to access its functionality.
