Run don't walk away from this television!

Beautiful design, all the features you'd want

The good news is that this TV had (emphasis on the had) a great picture, excellent sound, was great for for gaming (xbox and WII), and dynamite movie display.
However, after less than two years, the motherboard on this t.v. has failed. I'd put it down to bad luck if I hadn't just paid $750 to have my other Samsung DLP pedestal tv purchased at the same time repaired for exactly the same problem.
Samsung "customer support" was completely unresponsive, requiring me to pay $125 diagnostic fee before they'd even consider addressing the situation. The picture, sound, or any other quality of the television really doesn't matter if I'm expected to pay 20% of the purchase price every two years just to keep it going.
If you're into products that the manufacture won't stand by when they inevitably fail, this is the television for you, otherwise you might want to keep shopping.
