Excellent picture; Poor service

Great HDTV and at an even greater price!
I purchased this set at a Black Friday sale for $799. The picture is amazing and I saved a bundle over a plasma set. Great Picture for a 720
We love this set, wait we hate this set. Having intermittant lip sync problems since new. Right from the get go my tv was blurry and grainy. Thought maybe it was the cable connection. then a week later I was getting black horizontal lines though the screen.
Called Samsung and they tried to find a repair shop and couldnt find one. So now thier going to send a new tv to me. But...

Sounds Good But...

Inexpensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for
I have had this TV for 1.5 years and there have been many issues. We didn't have HD capabilities for about 5 months after the purchase and viewing in a non-stretch mode resulted in "burn-in" where the sidebars were.
