Excellent HDTV Picture Quality Without The High Cost
I recently jumped into the HDTV market after giving up my old standard picture tube TV for this Samsung HDTV Rear Projection DLP TV.
I read up on HDTV's through Audio/Video magazines as well as past users experiences along with Consumer Reports before going out to buy my 1st HDTV TV set...

Excellent picture; Poor service
Love the TV. The picture is excellent. However the lamp went out after three months. The phone service department strung us along for the better part of a week. They never called us even though each day they said they would call the next day. When we finally were put in touch with a service center... Read full review »

Week and a half ago. Wife watches nothing but sports on her TV, son plays games, and gave my daughter ( has... Read full review »
Inexpensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for
I have had this TV for 1.5 years and there have been many issues. We didn't have HD capabilities for about 5 months after the purchase and viewing in a non-stretch mode resulted in "burn-in" where the sidebars were. Upon calling Samsung customer service, they said they could do nothing. A local... Read full review »
