In July 2004 we purchased a Samsung HLN4365W. Since the time of purchase, we have had two major problems with the set. The first on was in May 2005 when the color wheel assembly had to be replaced. The second one was in December 2005 when the light engine had to be replaced. If we did not purchase the extended warranty, we would have been out an additional $2567.71. I sent Samsung a letter on February 27, 2006 and an e-mail on April 20, 2006 concerning these problems. So far I have not received a reply from Samsung.
