Fine set and excellent service
The above bad review is just wrong. This dude must have trouble speaking. I had a problem with my set, there was a section with no picture. I called Samsung and they shipped me a new set. POWER SUPPLY PROBLEM
Bought this plasma in august of this year. Only have ten hours of play time and the power supply went on it. Technician told me it is a KNOWN problem from SAMSUNG but two weeks later the part is still back ordered. Bought it from Best Buy and their customer service department refuses to fix it...
