The Bottom Line:
I will definitely recommend this TV to anybody wanting a new flat panel TV. The picture quality and features it has for the money is well worth it.
After reading reviews on-line and doing research for a month I bought the Samsung Series 6 650 TV 52" in 2008 for $2,300.00. This was my first flat panel TV. I have FIOS and the picture quality is incredible. Every time family and friends come to my house they always say how great the picture is. The picture from the Blue ray is amazing. I do recommend to sit eight feet or more away to get the best picture viewing. Sitting too close to the TV lesson the picture quality. I have a Blue-ray DVD, VHS, CABLE BOX all hooked up and can easily switch from one to the other with the remote. Hooking up a video game or camcorder is a breeze. What is annoying about this TV is that it takes a long time for it to search for a device when switching from cable TV to DVD or when you first turn on the TV. The only problem about this TV is that about twice a month it shuts off then comes back on again by itself. Weird. I have heard that all I need to do is download a patch for it. I love this TV and will recommend it to anybody. In my opinion the best picture for the money. When this TV goes I will buy another Samsung.
