I found this television to be markedly inferior to other, lesser brands. I am surprised that a Samsung could compare so dismally. Last year we purchased an inexpensive Polaroid 37" LCD HDTV with 720p, and this year decided to upgrade to a "keeper" brand. The HD quality of this Samsung is significantly lower than our old Polaroid. The sharpness is abysmal. We can no longer tell a difference between our SD and HD channels, and will be returning this television. I am shocked that a Samsung could be outdone by a Polaroid.
