Samsung LN-T4665F 46" LCD TV

After carefully shopping around for two months we decided on the Samsung Flat Screen LCD LNT4665F TV. The HD quality is outstanding and the sound is above average for such small speakers. The color and sharpness of the picture great. We visited 8 different shops each displaying several models and brands of LCD TV'S. Each time the Samsung LNT4665 stood out in clarity and color.
Sitting 12 to 16 feet from the screen gives the best view of the picture. Movies are clear and HD broadcast appear to be in your living room. With 1080p broadcast offering clear viewing the picture is great. Hookup was a breeze, adding a DVR player and satellite box was easy. The remote is designed to operate cable, DVD, satellite or STB and DVR. The remote is a little hard to figure out. But the idea of having an all in one remote is worth getting use to. The price range from shop to shop varried slightly with ranges from $2000 to $2499. If you are brave enough to order online you can save a couple of hundred dollars. Just be sure to check out the online vendor and make sure they are an authorized Samsung dealer. To find a list of authorized Samsung dealers online visit Samsung.com. We choose not to get an extended warranty. The Samsung LNT4665F has a 12 month warranty and if you will register your product online or by phone Samsung will provide an additional 3 month warranty. We used our Visa card which matched the original 12 month warranty. By using the Visa and registering the Samsung LNT4665F the warranty is now 27 months without any additional charge.
